For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To use the bet6d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bet6d is an adults-only platform. Access by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by bet6d from time to time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to a guardianship, curatorship, or any other legal incapacity, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the bet6d Platform or from online gambling more broadly through any self-exclusion scheme in which bet6d participates.
• You must register and use the Platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation of the Platform is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Each User may hold one (1) account only on the bet6d platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity document or passport), a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. bet6d will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bet6d support immediately via live chat.

Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your account or its contents to another person is prohibited.

bet6d reserves the right to require account verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to before processing any withdrawal, following a significant change to account details, or when the Platform has reason to suspect fraudulent activity. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All transactions on the bet6d platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bet6d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which bet6d bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; current minimums are displayed at the time of deposit. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the bet6d account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. In the event that a refund to the original deposit method is not feasible, bet6d may request alternative verified payment details. bet6d aims to process withdrawals to e-wallets within 5 minutes and bank transfers within 15 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB), subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

Verification requirement: bet6d reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Where verification is pending, the withdrawal will be held until all required documents have been submitted and approved. bet6d is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete KYC submissions.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 (all methods).
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts where the registered name matches the bet6d account holder's name.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5.
• bet6d reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to the player's account balance if the withdrawal request is found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

bet6d offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict arises between the general bonus terms below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General bonus terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are defined per promotion and may include minimum deposit amounts, game category restrictions, or time windows.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Some promotions may carry higher or lower requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire or are not wagered within the validity period are forfeited without compensation.
• bet6d reserves the right to exclude specific games or game categories from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%) rather than 100%.
• Only one bonus may be active on a bet6d account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bet6d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This includes withdrawing a bonus that has already been credited to an account but has not yet been wagered, in cases where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting loopholes — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.

All bets and wagers placed on the bet6d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

• Sports betting: Bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. bet6d reserves the right to refuse, void, or cap any bet at its sole discretion, including in the event of an obvious pricing error, a clearly incorrect market, a technical malfunction, or where bet6d has reason to suspect the integrity of an event. Settled results are based on the official result at the time of the relevant event's conclusion unless otherwise specified.
• Live casino: All games are provided by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live) and are subject to the rules specific to each game. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will stand as determined by the game server.
• Slots & RNG games: All slot and random number generator (RNG) games on the bet6d platform use certified random number generation technology. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on the relevant game information pages.
• Togel: Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are determined by officially published draw results from the relevant draw authority. bet6d bears no responsibility for errors or delays in the publication of official draw results.
• Domino QQ: Domino QQ games are played in real time against other registered players. bet6d acts as the operator of the game environment and takes a commission (rake) from each pot as disclosed in the Domino QQ game information section.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• bet6d reserves the right to impose betting limits, including maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits, on any game, market, or account at its sole discretion.

bet6d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and a self-exclusion facility.

Users may request activation of any of these tools at any time via the Account Settings section or through the live chat support team. Decreases to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 72 hours (temporary exclusion) or the full period elected (longer periods). During a self-exclusion, a User may not access the Platform, and bet6d will take reasonable steps to prevent communications marketing from reaching the excluded individual.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet6d platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether alone or in collusion with others.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for standard player use.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Manipulating games or markets, or participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any other integrity violation in connection with events offered for betting on the Platform.
• Sharing or transferring account credentials, balances, or bonuses with other Users.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party as part of an undisclosed arrangement.
• Any other conduct that bet6d reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other Users, or the Platform's commercial interests.

All content on the bet6d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, odds data, and game content — is the property of bet6d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bet6d.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by bet6d is governed by the bet6d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bet6d collects personal data including name, contact details, payment information, and betting activity data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of customer support. Data is retained for a minimum period as required by applicable law and bet6d's internal data governance policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet6d's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their bet6d account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet6d shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Losses resulting from a User's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions outside bet6d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or Indonesian banking infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bet6d's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Termination by the User: You may close your bet6d account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility requirements) will be refunded to your last verified payment method. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance refunded.

Termination by bet6d: bet6d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that continued provision of services to the User creates regulatory, reputational, or legal risk for bet6d.
• Court order or direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In cases of termination for cause, bet6d reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the User.

bet6d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bet6d will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the bet6d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at bet6d.vu/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet6d is incorporated and licensed, as determined by bet6d's international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a User and bet6d, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bet6d's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a formal complaint, contact the support team via live chat or email at the address provided in Section 15. bet6d aims to resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Users who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access the bet6d platform entirely at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.
